Bella Donna Subs is a hidden gem in a large industrial area with amazing food and super fast service. Having tried several items from their menu like the #14 Yenta Pastrami, or their Mediterranean Cheese Steak Sub, Meatball Sub, and Chicago Style Italian Beef, the food is hot, delicious, and very different from your standard fare. They offer a few Jewish foodstuffs of interest as well, you can't go wrong with eating at Bella Donna. The pricing is perfect for what you get, and they offer fountain drinks of standard soda choices, as well as brewed sweet / unsweet tea. Enjoy your cookie!

Chili dogs and Fritos pies hit right.
The hot sandwiches and burgers are delicious. Burger features a real beef hand formed patty.
The double cheese mushroom burger is delicious and has GRAVY. Yes; gravy.
The Brooklyn Meets Philly is also delicious and I needed to attack that deliciousness with knife and fork.
Pickup orders are well-packaged. Wrapped in foil which is appreciated, as I’ve been sampling hot sandwiches featuring gravy as of late.
I’m looking forward to sampling other items on their menu.
if you have the ability to unhinge your jaw that will come in handy when you eat here. There's sandwiches, burgers, and hotdogs are just massive. On top of that everything is absolutely delicious. Everything is cooked to order hot and fresh.
today I had the Brooklyn meets Philly sandwich along with a pushcart hot dog and they were both absolutely amazing. Anytime I'm in the area of Burleson road this is my absolute go to place for lunch

I've been eating at Bella Donna Subs for at least 20 years, maybe longer.
You'll be a bit surprised at the place, I was the first time. It's a little dumpy but is clean. Their menu on the wall is very home made looking but a lot of their food is too.
They make a very decent Muffaletta Sandwich but my favorite it Italian Sausage with peppers, onions, cheese and sauce on a sub roll. I have it all the time and it's really good.
I'm quite happy that they've survived the pandemic and still are usually very busy at lunch time. Most people who work in the area have eaten here before and come back regularly. Definitely worth trying if you've never been to it.
New update. Dec 20 - So my work orders as a group. Well everytime theres something missing, not just my order but with everyones. Its like i didnt get this they didnt get that, its annoying that they can never get it right. The only good thing is that they deliver on time. So the rating will stay the same, *old review from here on>*2 out of 3 sandwiches arrived for delivery and one order was missing an item, i cant blame them if it wasnt grabbed. It was part of a large order. So overall not bad sandwiches, the #23 and 24 are the ones that came. It taste like a sandwich.
Stopped by this sub shop after dropping my car off for repairs while waiting for my Lyft. I thought I would be safe and ordered one of my favs - a Rueben. The rideshare showed up before I could get my sandwich. I asked them to slow my order as I was only going to pick up my rental and would be back.
I always think...how can anyone mess up a Rueben. Well this place did! The marbled rye bread was excellent. The shop chopped up the corned beef. 😮 Why would anyone do that? The meat was dry and some pieces were like bacon texture. The wasn't much sauerkraut either. The dressing was sparse but I always ask for more on the side. This was the only thing allowing me to finish the sandwich.
The service at the counter was great. The cooks did their jobs. Please for the love of God...teach them how to make a proper Rueben! I almost opted for the pastrami but they may slaughter (chop) that as well.
Ordered with a group from work. Sandwich combo arrived wet and soggy, no chips, no cookie. It looked nice, but the bread was soaked, so it went straight into the bin.
Maybe I'll give them a try in-store some day, but ordering delivery is what I scored them on.
